UPDATE: Were told the train collision in Barstow happened off of County Road 170 at 4:00 this afternoon. According to Union Pacific, a truck pulling a tractor trailer failed to yield at the railroad crossing, and the train hit the trailer. Thankfully there were no injuries. There was minor damage to both the train and the trailer. Union Pacific wants to remind the community to follow the yield signs and be cautious when approaching a railroad crossing.
