UPDATE: Yesterday I asked if anyone would be interested in a group over the holidays to combat holiday weight gain. (You can scroll to yesterdays post to see it.) Well Im astounded. In less than 24 hours, over 1300 of you have spoken. Ive come up with a plausible plan. Now Im personally testing it out for the next 3 weeks. Once Im comfortable that youll get results, Ill let you know and have you register. Im thinking the group will be Dec 1-21, so mark it on your calendars and keep checking my page for updates.
