UPDATE on Casper, the rescued dog: Casper is currently staying in AWA-Iloilos foster home. Hes doing okay. He eats well and drinks plenty of water. Hes also taking his medicines on time and his wound is being cleaned and treated as well. Casper has started to wag his tail to our volunteers earlier. Its been weeks of trying to rescue him from the streets since hes very fearful of humans. Were just happy that this handsome boy has started to trust us. Get well soon, Casper! Dont worry because youre safe now. We love you, handsome boy! *P.
