UPDATE on my two cases against Facebook Hate Group members: Both cases have now been set down for August 2014. Todays hearing will continue at Camden Court in August where the defendants lawyer will complete her cross examination of me. The Security Guard will then give evidence, etc. Then we do our submissions and finally Her Honour will make a decision. If the decision goes in my favour it means the Facebook Hate Group is dead forever and IF it resurfaces or third parties or the defendant ever harass me and my horses again, then they will find themselves back in court. The other Facebook Hate Group defendant will appear in Picton Court and that will just be for compliance, with a view to it being then set down for a hearing. It is long overdue and has come way too late for me and the horses, but prevents any other human being suffering this horror. Victims of social media Hate Groups have suffered strokes, and even suicided. It is not funny.
