**UPDATE** to my post of November 3rd. The Veterans Administration has presumably acquired my house through Sheriff Sale as a third party to Wells Fargo Bank. The only information I could get from the Morris County Clerk is that this is a Federal matter now. How awesome is it that on my eviction papers it clearly states you cause SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, HIS SUCCESSORS & ASSIGNS, assignee of Plaintiffs successful bid at Sheriffs Sale, to have possession of the said land premises...etc. Im so happy that originally having a VA Mortgage protected the bank and not me but now we have this wonderful program called No Homeless Veteran. Thank you to the Veterans Administration for evicting me after you bought my house instead of working with me and explaining the available programs to keep me in my home of 21 years. Please note sections of documents I attached in which information is highlighted and redacted for security purposes. Yes, Im very upset and this information needs to get out there!! The clock is still ticking!! 5 days to go before this Veteran is locked out of his home by the Veterans Administration!!
