UPDATED Before & After | HCLF Vegan Transformation ~2 years of being a HCLF Vegan~ I was up and down with my weight before going HCLF Vegan so the before photos were taken at different times (the after photos were taken on Jan 1st, 2015). I dont have any photos of when I was at my heaviest as I tried to avoid taking pictures at that time. Since going HCLF Vegan I continue to drop to my ideal weight (eating UNLIMITED calories and carbs!). 4 years ago I was close to 160lbs and now Im in my 120s. - Banana TV
