URDU me recipe posting now ---- (English s already there) Pudding ki rcp .plz chk n tell me .ask questions also .I ll try my best to add rcps in urdu also Ingredients: 200 ml malaidar doodh(ya otta hua doodh)(bohat der pakakar kam kiya hua reduced) 1 tin condensed milk (ye cheeni me bahut der pakaya hua doodh hota he Jo bazaar me asani se milta he) 200 ml Dairy cream Cheeni ka powder (agar zyada meetha pasand krten he) 2-3 khane wale rang Kuch boonde Vanilla ka arq(essence) Kuch boond neembu, ka essence 10 gm ya zyada Gelatin (har 500 ml pani me 10 gm gelatin) Readymade cheeni ke bane sajawti phool(ya apni marzi ka sajawti saman) Rosammor/Davis halal gelatins he Jo Dubai wagairah me asani se milti he , ya lion brand ki gelatin use kren ye vegetarian he ...ya agar agar (china grass)bhi use kr skte hen Tareeqa-Milk pudding Sabse pehle ek bartan me doodh len an usme condensed milk aur cream daalen ache se milaen, dheemi aanch par ubal aane tak pakaen, beech beech me chammach chalate rehen, milane ke lie ek ubal hi kafi he Ghadha krne ki zarurat nhi he , taste krke dekhen agar cheeni ki zarurat ho to add krden , wese aksar cheeni dalne ki zarurat nhi parti. 2.ab ek aur Bartan me 1/2 glass pani Len usme gelatin Dale aur hilate hue tabtak pakaen jabtak WO saaf liquid na lagne lage Ab is garam gelatin ko doodh wale mix me dalkar ache se milaen. 3.Ab 3 bowl lekar doodh mix ko inme devide karen aur teeno me alag rang aur flavour dalen. 4. Ab behtar hoga ki asani se pudding nikalne ke lie silicon mould use Karen , mix ko mould me daalkar freezer me 10 minute tak rekhe ya jbtak top set nhi ho jata. 4.Ab jab top set ho jae to dusre rang wala mixtere mould me ek taraf se araam se dalna shuru Karen nhi to top kharab ho jaega, ab is mould ko dobara 10 min ke lie freezer me rakhden. 5.ab teesre rang wala mixture bhi isi tarah upar se dalen aur mould ko kam se kam 2 ghante ke lie freezer me rakh den , yaad rekhen ye ice cream jitna sakht na hone den. 6.Ab pudding ko mould se bahar nikalne ke lie ek Bowl me halka garam pani lekar kuch seconds ke lie mould ko usme dhyan se teraen, aur jis plate me nikalna ho upar mould ko ulata rakhe Ab upar se mould hata Len .. aapki zaykedar pudding tayyar he .... agar mould se nikalne me pudding kharab hone ka dar ho to dish me hi serve Karen.
