URGENT CALL FOR PARTNERS!!!! :) PROJECT NAME: Europe is Fighting with Youth Unemployment VENUE: Malatya, TURKEY DATE: 31 October 2014 – 07 November 2014 PROJECT PROGRAM: Key Action 1 Youth Exchanges ABOUT THE PROJECT: In the year of 2014 YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT this project aims to create an awareness and action about concept of “social capital” in regard to youth in Europe. Social capital is a concept used in business, economics, organizational behavior, political science, public health, education and the social sciences in general to refer to connections within and between social networks. In this seminar, we will focus to social capital of our young people for volunteering in Europe, for me what is the importance of volunteer. We want to focus that. With the non-formal learning methods, we will learn and practice about social capital as a terms, its relationship with gender discrimination, economical un-weighted distribution, human resource management, volunteerism (including European Voluntary Services), social networks, cooperation among non-governmental organizations and inclusion strategies. As Turkey promoter country, will join that Youth Exchange the other program countries with 4 participants and 1 leader who are youth workers, trainers or volunteers. The project will be realized in Malatya the city of Turkey. PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS: motivated to build new partnerships and cooperation’s able to communicate in English(basic level is fine) 18-25 ages 4 participants (2 male+2 female prefered) and 1 group leader.
