Your Job Scope 1. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations 2. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, VOIP system and all configurations. 3. Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems, VOIP and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. 4. Train people in computer system use and help with email account management 5. Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records. 6. Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation. 7. Ensure business continuity in overall IT system 8. Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases. Requirements • Ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment. • Effective team communicator • Familiar with VOIP system and switches • Familiar with router and network settings • Familiar with Cpanel and Server Management and monitoring Note: Candidates must provide their Top 3 Portfolio links and a description of what they have done personally for each reference.
