URGENT JOB VANCANCIES Our client a fashion house in Ikoyi requres the following people to join their team. SALES EXECUTIVES • Maintain good relationships with the company’s customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts. • Build a connection between the current market and the future market with his company. • Report sales report to the Managing Director. • Visit potential customers for new business. • Provide customers with quotations. • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards. • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. • Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders. • Check the quantities of goods on display and in stock. • Record sales and order information and sending copies to the Managing Director, or entering figures into a computer system. • Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. • Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements. Person requirements • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks in the context of tight deadlines • Pro-active with a positive can-do attitude • Comfortable in liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels OFFICE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER( FASHION OUTFIT) • Understand customer needs • Respond to complaints • keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes • planning and developing ranges • liaising closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points • understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns, toiles and technical specifications for designs • overseeing production • negotiating with customers and suppliers • Oversee marketing, finances and other business activities • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints • Manage internal staff relations • Maintain a safe and secure working environment Person requirements • Excellent leadership skills • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks in the context of tight deadlines • Pro-active with a positive can-do attitude • Comfortable in liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels Send your cv to recruitment@ppisconsulting or cal 07032875551
