URGENT-Kirby-Pit Bull Terrier Mix – has been there too long- NO DOGS NO CATS ***CODE RED SHELTER IS FULL*** Mahoning County Dog Pound Youngstown, OH- please cross post him for rescue / a forever home- pound is full and he has been there too long, needs a patient experienced rescue / owner to give him a chance ♥~ RS Available: 1/17-Poor Kirby came in initially as a humane case. Left locked in a basement to starve, this boy needs TLC and good food. Right now he weighs around 35 lbs, and should be atleast 55. He is a pit mix, and we are just getting to know him, as he is no longer a humane case. Kirby is a really sweet boy who has suffered serious neglect in his life. That doesnt stop him from being extremely gentle and loving with humans. Kirby as of right now can not be around cats or dogs. He needs an only dog home, and an owner with sense to not let him just roam around off leash. Kirby was adopted, but because of the cat/dog thing was returned. He loves snuggle time with his owner and being a one and only pet. He is now neutered. He spent almost two weeks in his new home and has put on a few of the much needed pounds.
