URGENT!!! Offering a room in our appartment in London! Located at Colliers Wood, Zone 3, close to Wimbledon and Tooting. Room furnished with bed, desk and dresser, you can replace furniture as you like. Shared bathroom, kitchen and a big living-room. Only 2 other roommates both easy-going, cute and adorable people, one a spanish sushi-chef (sometimes free sushi at home), one a graduated actor/musician (he wont cry if you tell him to shut up). 2 mins away from a corner shop, 8 minutes away from a 24-hour tescos, 8 minutes away from nearest tube-station (and all these distances only take that long if you walk like you got all the time in the world). Since the room we offer is a bit smaller than the other two, we offer it for less rent, £350 per month. This is non-inclusive, extra bills amount to up to £100 extra per month (just a little less). There is a deposit to be paid of about £500, if this is too much to pay in bulk instantly, you can pay it in installments, you can discuss this with us. Though the room is smaller, the general shared space is big enough for three people to share without being on top of each other, and both me and Jordy are more than willing to allow someone their personal space.
