Jose Herrera he is a man whom is in his early 40s that has a mentality of a 5 year old child. He was last seen (1 week and 2 days ago) in Los Angeles near 1730 W. Olympic Blvd. He has been missing since Tuesday September 23rd. He is mentally ill, Schizophrenic and needs medication. We are afraid that he may hurt someone or hurt himself. He was last seen wearing a Black T-Shirt, Gray Sweatpants and Black Vans. He has a distinct cut/infection on top of one of his eye’s.
