URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR CRUISES IN AUSTRALIA Waiter/waitress 800-1200 AUD Dishwasher 600-800 AUD Cashier 1000-1200 AUD Cost Accountant 1200-1600 AUD Safety Officer 1200-1600 AUD Restaurant Supervisor 1800 AUD Cooks 1000-1200 AUD Housekeeping 1000-1200 AUD GYM Trainer 1200-1600 AUD Reservation Officer 1200-1600 AUD Below mention are terms and condition of cruise in Australia: 1) Site of Employment: Fiji Island 2) Contract Duration: 36 months 3) Extension Duration: After 3 years 4) Contract Period: 2 years with 6/2 5) Regular Working Hours: Maximum of 10 hours per day, 6 days per week 6) Overtime Pay: Minimum 10 Hours/ Week Paid overtime. (a) For work over regular working hours 150% (b) For work on designated rest days and holidays 150% 7) Leave with full pay: (a) Vacation leaves 2 weeks/ year (b) Sick leave based on doctor notice. 8) Free Transportation to the site of employment and in the following cases, free return transportation to the point of origin 9) Free Food and Free Housing 10) Free emergency medical and dental services and facilities including medicine. 11) Workmens compensation benefits for service-connected illness or injuries or death in accordance with the pertinent laws. 12) In the event of death of the Employee during the terms of this agreement, his remains and personal belongings shall be repatriated at the expense of the Employer. In case the repatriation of the remains is not possible, the same may be disposed of upon prior approval of the Employees/ Kind and or by the Embassy/ Consulate nearest the job site. 13) The Employer shall assist the Employee in remitting a percentage of his salary through the proper banking channel or other means authorized by law. 14) Termination neither party may unilaterally cancel the contract except for legal, just and valid Cause: (a) Termination by Employer- The employer may terminate contract on grounds of closure or closure or cessation of operation of establishment/ undertaking or due to retrenchment to prevent losses, by serving a written notice to the Employee at least one (1) month before the intended date thereof or payment of separation/ termination pay equipment to one (1) month salary. The Employer may also terminate the Contract on the following just causes, serious, misconduct, willful disobedience of employers lawful order, habitual neglect engaging in trade union activities, when Employee violates custom, traditions and laws of and/ or terms of this agreement. The Employee shall shoulder the repatriation expenses. (b) Termination by the Employer - the Employee may terminate this contract by serving one (1) month advance written notice to Employer. If no notice is served, the Employee shall shoulder all expenses relative to his repatriation back to his origin. The Employee may terminate this contract without serving any notice to the Employer or his representative, inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the Employee by Employer or his representative. Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the home country. (c) Termination due to illness, either party may terminate the contract on. 15) Settlement of disputes, all claim and complains relative to the deployment contract of the Employee shall be settled in accordance with Company politics rules and regulation. In case the Employee contests the decision of the Employer, the matter shall be settled amicably with the participation of the Department of the Labour or any authorized representative of the Embassy/Consulate nearest the site of employment. In case the amicably settlement fails, matter shall be submitted to the competent or appropriate government body in home country. Procedure of Recruitment: After Selection visa will be issued within 10 working days. After receiving the visa payment should clear within 2 working days. Once company issue the visa and candidates are not ready to travel then he needs to pay 800 USD as a penalty charges and if change of name then 600 USD. After clearing visa amount we will issue job contract. After issuing job contract candidates has to do medical , Police clearance certificate and finger prints and all attested documents should submit to us.
