URGENT UPDATE - Media Release 14th May 2014 On Monday this week, the secured creditors of One Telecom Pty Ltd and IBoss International Pty Ltd appointed receivers and managers to those businesses. As a result, the administrators previously appointed are no longer in control. We have been advised today that the new receivers have terminated supply arrangements with Telstra. Telstra services were previously only suspended. The impact for ONESeniors customers is that they will no longer be able to keep their existing landline number. So unless they have already re-connected with a new provider, their existing number is lost and cannot be recovered. Any new services with a new supplier will require a new number. Customers can reconnect with their chosen provider. Vocus arranged for iPrimus to offer new services to customers. The iPrimus hotline number is 1300 314 132. Summary • Any ONEseniors landlines not reconnected to a new supplier as of today will be terminated • If terminated, the existing number is lost and cannot be taken by the customer to a new provider or subsequently recovered • Internet services using the landline will also have to be reconnected with a new service • Call iPrimus on 1300 314 132 for new services Published on behalf of Vocus Communications Ltd
