Provides input towards drafting contract documents, negotiating building contracts, advising on fair contract prices for tenders, advising on cost and contractual arrangements and partake in financial contract administration throughout the course of a project. They plan and oversee the entire program of work and must anticipate a contract demands in terms of labour, material equipment and technical challenges. As well as ensuring that construction is completed safely to a high technical standard. Candidate should have Degree in Architecture or civil engineering with min 4-5 years of experience. 2 Electrical Engineer 03 3500-4000 Design & layout plans for electrical utilities, telephone, security systems and other electrical systems, develop plans using CAD software. Prepare data collection, concept, preliminary, detailed design, working design. Coordinate effectively with other architects & engineers throughout project lifecycles, review and understand their drawings and specification to ensure that adequate provisions in electrical designs are made based on the design provided by other section. Evaluate and prepare electrical load calculation requirement based on power consumption of all electro-mechanical system (e.g. lighting, power equipment and all other services and systems, security systems, elevator etc) which will be installed. Assist in conducting site survey in order to investigate the layout of existing electrical systems prior to design. Candidate should have min. 4-5 year’s experience. Candidate should be Electrical Engineer. 3 Mechanical Engineer 03 3500-4000 Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics & computer generated reports. Research, design, evaluate, Install, operate & maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirement, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Perform engineering duties in planning & designing tools, engines, machine, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance & repair of such equipment as centralized heat, gas, water and steam systems. Candidate should have Degree in Architecture with min 4-5 year’s experience. 4 Surveyor 03 2000-3000+200 5 AutoCAD Operator(Civil) 03 1400-2200+200 Use computer assisted design/drafting (CAD) equipment and software to develop designs on site for immediate support. Make final sketch of proposed on site drawing, checking dimension of parts, material to be used, relation of one part to other, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project. Sketches rough layout of machine and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearance, tolerance, leverages and location of holes. Use CAD equipment to provide support to engineers on site by preparing immediate layouts, details drawing, assembly drawings, sketches and diagrams. Communicate with tooling, QA, Engineering and manufacturing regarding new and revised prints. Candidate should have Degree in Civil Engineering with min 4-5 years of experience.
