(US Admin 2) This is not directly related to Islam, but the implications of what the US Federal Govt is attempting to do in Nevada reflects a complete disregard for the US Constitution and the peoples right to Life, Liberty and Property. If we the people do not demand that the US Government live by the US Constitution, what is stopping them from saying criticism of Islam is Hate Speech not protected by the 1st Amendment or that we no longer have Equal Protection under the Law as stated in the 14th Amendment? What is stopping them from increasing gun (and ammo) control in violation of the 2nd Amendment? What is stopping them from regulating religion in violation of the 1st Amendment? Remember freedom of religion for Islam, means no freedom of religion for non-Muslims, eventually. The US Constitution is a limited enumeration of powers granted to the Federal Government by the existing States. If it is not a listed enumerated power, that power and/or right is retained by the States and/or the People. Remember the 1st 10 Amendments were NOT an enumeration of all the rights retained by the people and in no way were meant to limit the rights of the people.
