US HIDDEN CHARGES THAT ARE NEVER REFUNDED This a very good marketing strategy to get money from Africans. Yet it does not tell everything behind it. First, a Uganda will have to pay US$180 dollars to a supposedly or respective institution in the US just for consideration. Then a non refundable US$140 dollars fee with no guarantee of getting a VISA. I find this preposterous that those who tried to apply parted with US$320 dollars with no positive outcome. Imagine US$320 dollars from 1000 people every month! I would advise African countries to improve the educational institutions on the continent instead of always looking to the west Especially when the courses given dont bring any serious change economically.
