US Visa New requirement : You need to be a Head of State,irrespective of being a Mass Murderer,Terrorist,Rapist,etc...irrespective of Diplomatic immunity.... Wish Hitler was alive...and may be some day (God Forbid) Hafiz Saeed becomes Pakistan PM,whom US has banned but may revoke later...May be Mulla Umar in Afghanistan too. King Dipendra of Nepal,Sri-Lankan LTTE Chief Prabhakaran also falls in the same category,though Dead. And why not,Afterall their Govt.has hosted and honored Saddam too,once upon a time in America. So it doesnt matter if You are a Monarch,Dictator,Democrat or what,whether Medieval Historys Cruel Czar or Modern Historys Bluff-Master,You need to be a PM of Hindustan,Pakistan,Afghanistan,Cheen...etc.etc.
