US citizens may safely steal from non-US citizens in the Marshall Islands In the Marshall Islands things and occurrences are topsy turvy, as for example: You show the owner of DO IT BEST the hard evidence that someone in his shop jointly with an outsider stole about US$ 16,000 from you, based on fake DO IT BEST invoices, and the owner gets into a rage: he threatens you, the victim, who shows him the theft, with Police if you ever dare to come to his shop again.
