Since when is a valid passport not sufficient proof of citizenship such that you must request something as trivial as university transcripts? Bank statements? Really? Tax returns? Really? Birth Certificates? Really? Ive got news for you, if someone can fake a physical passport AND somehow break through every countrys digital safeguards (including those of the the US) and therefore convince them it is valid when they travel... a birth cert or bank statement is really a walk in the park. LOL!
