US private firm build a 500sqft condo that located 1 km underground purported to withstands nuclear war for a period of 5 yrs.... Surprisingly it is selling for USD 2m per unit or merely RM 7m....but in Kuala Lumpur city centre , a condo that merely 1000sqft is selling for USD 1m or RM 3.5m and above.... Interesting but very alarming that KLCC property price is actually over priced for unknown reason.... If a live saving condo is selling cheaper than buying a condo in KL, then something must be done coz after all, we dont earn what 35% people in US earns per month
