USA with massively invested across Canada in all resources, sectors of all kinds. The Florida sized dirty oil sands, much of it, the majority USA paid for & USA oil involved on the ground extracting it. Alberta mostly allows stakes & sits back & collects royalties. Some estimates have USA self sufficient in fossils on their own soil within 3 years or so. Massive gas export deal with India done a month or two ago & many others signed like it & looks like not just self sufficient but in some areas enough to export. The Arctic & Shell with their nonstop obsession with drilling there, two near disasters & taking a break for now. Harper gov cleared the Arctic of course, well they would clear the moon if they could, so that is nothing. The doubling of this Florida toxic swamp before 2030 & the Arctic, surely the USA can back off on these costly toxic adventures in Canada. The offshore, standard upright drilling, frick & frack all over Canada as well, surely there has to be some discussion of enough with so much to go around that is not so nasty & costly. Did your mamma never tell you to be polite when visiting neighbors & not talk with your mouth stuffed full.
