***UYA: DEFEND UWI PRINCIPAL OVER POSTPONEMENT*** The Youth Arm of the UNC says his intervention was Timely The UNC Youth Arm has issued a press release defending the decision of UWI Principal Clement Sankat to intervene and postpone the Post-Budget Forum organized by the UWI Guild of Students in partnership with the Helconia Foundation for Young Professionals. In the release the UNC Arm says that the Guild was supporting a one-sided PNM political forum, which they called insensitive and inconsiderate. The Youth Arm of the UNC has called on the Guild in their release to be more responsive to the Diversity of the student population and not be manipulated and used in such an obscene manner They urge the Guild not to be used as a political tool of the PNM.
