Uduaghan’s led Delta to promised land — LG chairman Facebook Tweet Share Thu Oct 23rd, 2014 - Delta By Gabriel Enogholase WARRI — OUT- GOING chairman of Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Sam Ken, has described Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, as a true and hard working leader. According to him, Governor Uduaghan has successfully led the state to the promised land. He also praised the governor for the successful implementation of his three-point agenda of peace and security, human capital development and infrastructure development which, he said, had impacted positively on the 25 local government areas of the state. Ken, who spoke, yesterday, in Warri, eulogized the governor on his 60th birthday, noting that Uduaghan started his success story when he was Commissioner for Health under the Chief James Ibori’s administration. “He left his foot on the sands of time, especially when he was the Secretary to Government under Governor James Ibori. “Today as the Governor of the state, Deltans are happy over the impact he has made on the well-being of the people,” he said.
