Ugh. You choose not to make a career in music. You try to forget music history courses, using matrices to analyze (mostly horrific a-tonal) structures, every bit of classical training and everything that made music work instead of fun, everything that made you turn the radio off for 5 years just to get away from it. And then its 3:45 AM, 5 years later, and you realize you just finished singing Bist du bei Mir for absolutely no reason at all. Seriously? It couldnt at least be in English? No, my brain picks an aria from the Anna Magdalena Notebook. FML.
