Ugh, ok...if you werent aware of the policy, then made the plane late for everyone else, shouldnt YOU be apologizing? Special needs or not, every child over 2 must be sitting in the seat. They have FAA approved seats for her special needs child. And they were in first class whole al the other seats they purchased were in coach? I might be able to see it differently if she was sitting next to them, but jeez.
