Ugh so I wish I would have got this employees information yesterday at the airport so I could give him the recognition he wayyyy more than deserves... This guy went BEYOND out of his way to get me on a flight. Im talking we were running, cutting lines, bending rules, etc. just so I wouldnt have to stay the night in NY.. I have his first name and his managers first name and his airlines, but thats it.. Any suggestion (maybe from people in the airlines field) of how to get in contact with such little information??
