Ukraine has already some expert potential. At least we can talk about MCH. Why, then, the international organizations and donors do not consider this potential to be useful for the development of other countries in our region? Why do our specialists so rarely travel as experts at least to those countries that have a much worse situation? Why they are never involved by international institutions? We’re talking now about public health. It seems a leading hand belongs to the political instability, lack of effective long-term strategies, lack of political will to change and almost complete absence of truly significant systemic reforms. The international structures are not interested in some persons; they prefer systems, strategies, experience. We should think about it if we want to raise funds...
