Ukrainian delegation has flown to Strasbourg in order to take part in the the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, meeting with the Secretary General of the Venice Commission, Commissioner for Human Rights and with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The most important messages to the world are the following: - the people of Ukraine have exercised the right of rebellion (the Preamble of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights) and we call on the world to recognize this right of Ukrainians at the international level; - the crimes such as torturing, kidnapping, shooting, violent attacks against the citizens of Ukraine have been committed by the police along with the special police units named Berkut, prosecutors, judges and government authorities, who should incur whole responsibility at the Hague Tribunal. The Committee against Torture should conduct independent investigation.
