Un hombre de 18 años y dos jóvenes de 15 recibieron cargos sin fianza por la balacera del viernes que causó la muerte de un muchacho de 16 años y dejó a otros dos heridos. Andrew Anania, 18, and 15-year-olds Ricardo Cortez and Eduardo Moreno all face first-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of Ramon Breceda and were ordered held without bail Sunday at Cook County Bond Court. Anania and Moreno appeared in court, but Cortez, who police said suffered a gunshot wound to the buttocks in the incident, remained hospitalized at Mount Sinai hospital. Cortez shot Breceda near the corner of 24th Street and Washtenaw Avenue, according to officials. During the melee, another victim wrested the handgun away and shot Cortez and Anania, who was struck in the arm, officials said. All three made admissions to their role in the shooting, prosecutors said. Police said Anania and Cortez came to the area Friday looking for opposing gang members. Moreno, of the 2400 block of South Sacramento Avenue, was found fleeing the scene by responding officers and reportedly told police, I wasn’t the one with the gun! according to court records.
