Unable to get fresh food (other than beef from the cattle), one of ODoneys Chinese workers, Tay Loi, has planted a vegetable garden much like he had back in the original Dogtown. Trouble here is keeping the cattle from eating the produce on this barren land. Mrs ODoney now very happy she doesnt have to risk trips to the trading posts in order to feed the boys decent chow. Marty ODoney says he is happy to share with his near neighbours - Ol Peterson, Sandy Saunders, Big Frank, & Angus McCrae if they want some variety in their diet. All Bob Bad Tonic Brown is offering to his neighbours is a diet of lead.
