Unbelievable!!!! My dish stopped working on Thursday 31oct and a tech came yesterday, apparently did not fix the problem and now , the first avail tech that can come to our house is on MON 4Nov!!!!! This is first available ...get this after 5pm is when they will show up. oh. Did I mention I also had to pay 15usd for them to come on Friday? Guy beware with this company. They also hang up on you when you tell them that four days without cable is unacceptable. Then they get their colleagues to cover for them. ....oh talked to another rep and they insist on mon. and put my on standby for next avail tech. arrrgh!!!!
