Unbelievable. What a response to our Toy Appeal. I think Ive got myself an annual job. I had to ditch the van an go and get my lorry, which we filled with literally hundreds of toys. So many people to thank. To the people of Moortown and Ardboe and the staff of Costcutters and Forbes Shop, thank you. To the folks in Ryans Shop Ballyronan and all the locals, thank you. To The Village Barbers in Toome and all their friends, thank you. To McKennas shop in Ballinderry, great effort, thanks. To our primary schools in Ballinderry, Derrychrin PS and Ballylifford PS, unbelievable support. To everyone who came to the hall today or to my home, thank you. To Conleith and Joanne, and everyone in my own family for helping out today, it was needed and much appreciated. You have all helped to make Christmas a better experience for lots of local children and families. Since I started this I have become very aware of the need and want that exists in our local communities. It is frightening. Im also now very aware of the goodness in people in general. Have a great Christmas, secure in the knowledge that youve helped to put a smile on a wee youngsters face. Ronan
