Unbelievable amounts of interest and congrats have come in for our 90 day challengers from everyone. To be fair, I know Im a bit biased but I genuinely think they are some of the best Ive ever seen over this kind of time period. Not only have you got people whos had huge weight loss, but people whos ripped up, changed theyre complete shape of their body but more importantly changed their lifestyle. Not for one minute would we expect people to be as strict as they have been through the challenge, however now people have changed their eating and lifestyle habits, it becomes less about dieting and more about just making a better option. Massively proud of what our 90 day challengers have achieved, we couldnt of asked for anything more!! All starts again with first session of the week this morning at 10am.
