Under new rules that went into action yesterday, consumers can now cancel their mobile, landline and broadband contracts WITHOUT PENALTY if their provider changes the terms of the agreement during the contract. This includes if the price, data allowance or minutes change. Consumers only have 30 days in which to switch after theyve been notified of the change though.
