Underground/Backpacker Thread 5/2/14 Atmosphere & People Under Stairs albums are now streaming on Pandora(links below) and I have always been a HUGE atmos fan. While I wasnt expecting much from this album, it definitely has its bright spots but it was still a let down for me. alot of people disagree with me, but I remember when godlovesugly, sevens travels, and when life gives you lemons came out, I had those cds on repeat non-stop. There wasnt a song I didnt skip, now its completely different though. I get that artists change and all, but I just cant get down with the singy-songy slug flow and twangy band feeling on the production. The PUTS album though is everything you would expect, and I am definitely digging that over Southsiders. That legend of zelda sample is top notch too.
