Reporting in to the Mine Manager and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of mining operations and crew during your shifts. You will have previous experience with shift planning through to the execution of the mine plan, and be solely responsible for that area of the mine. You will be required to utilise your proven track record of achievements within operations to achieve set targets, and build a high performing culture within your team. Relevant Underground Mining Supervisory experience as well as a strong technical background are all key requirements to be successful in this role.
