Understanding (usually !!) that tolerance actually implies being tolerant of opinions which are different than yours, I try to stay out of a lot of FB discussions re: politics, etc. However, I just had a package by FedEx. Our normal Fed Ex delivery guy has been replaced by 2 guys driving a wide open golf cart. They are frozen and probably will be soaked before long. To say nothing of their packages. Seriously ??? I researched this. Fed Ex is doing this in the southern states during the Christmas rush. I know that hiring Holiday help is necessary and is a source of additional $$ for many. I get that. I,also, get that there is a very fine line between what works during the Holidays and what will become acceptable/normal practice in the future. I also get that just because a corporation can get away with it, it does not make it morally right. I am livid.
