Unfortunately I have received bad news that I have a long term injury to my back and will no longer be able to play cricket for Golborne CC this season, I am absolutely gutted with the result and more determined than ever to win tomorrows game. For a short time Im glad to say Ive made great friends and have to thank everyone at the club for making me feel so so welcome, I couldnt have dreamt of being in a better team or club environment. Thanks to Tim Halliday and Tom Pantak especially for being good mates in my time here and to Matt Oreilly for going out of hes way to make me feel welcome. And most importantly I have to thank two people Rebecca Carter thankyou so much for letting me in your and James house you have been nothing but amazing to me and I appreciate it more than anything I think a centurions membership is now a must for me and finally Carr James Alan honestly mate 8 moths ago when I first contacted you it was evident we share the same passion for cricket and what you plan to do with golborne was the thing that got me here, and obviously this situation isnt great but I have full confidence that with you leading the club it is going in the right direction. This mind you is without mentioning Ive made a life long mate. As I mentioned Im shattered about my back forcing me out and again thankyou to everyone at the club now lets win against Little Hulton tomorrow!
