Unfortunately the prevailing attitude among local government officials is that if you know your rights then you are some crazy sovereign citizen. This label is of course a contradiction in terms, for it is only possible to be one or the other you can not be both. I have on a recording a local mayor and town manager both using this term in relation to myself and my wife. Anyone who reads my posts can clearly see I cite law from the source, so you can rest assured it is not some conspiracy from the internet. I spend a considerable amount of my personal time dedicated to this, and I share everything freely. Please do not be fooled by some official who claims authority on such matters, go to your local law library at the court house, read the rules yourself. Firstly, you need to carefully consider if the rules apply to you and how did that application come into effect. Another thought to consider is, what is your personal philosophy. I personally subscribe to consent and non aggression. I am a peaceful man. I wish to maintain peace at all times. I do not trespass others. If I do somehow trespass another I seek remedy immediately.
