Unfortunately we had an incident at the Nelson game. A supporter with a hot drink outside the Cafe was hit by a ball being played with by children before kick off. Whilst we are a family club that encourages familys, we must politely ask that footballs must only be played on the pitch or outside the ground. In addition ALL hot drinks will be provided with lids to ensure that this doesnt happen to anybody else. The person in question was understandably distressed and has made multiple visits to hospital to have the injury attended too. First Aid is available at the Cafe and in the Club house should anybody require any medical attention. Thanks.
