Partially furnished and decorated (partially negotiable). Neighbors are incredible kind, helpful and watching out for us. You: clean, respectful, employed with references. Quiet, especially at night since I live below. Peaceful. No fighting or anger needed in this space. Natural: compost, recycle, conserve energy. Gardeners (I would love to share the space and nurturing goodness of the garden) musicians, outdoorsyness, and cleaning gurus are a plus. :-) Me: middle aged teacher in sabbatical for a year to learn, grow, explore and embrace life. I will be traveling and working from the basement. I am an outdoor gal, play a little guitar and drum. I bike and hike. Easy to hang with.
