Uniqueness through means such as hair dye, tattoos, piercings, hair styles, clothing choices (or lack of), shoe styles and a multitude of other ways we have chosen to be set apart from our fellow human beings is really not so unique. If you have chosen any of the mentioned methods to be different, you should realize that all you have done is become like someone else. You joined someone or a group of someones that you identify with. Its not your outward appearance that makes you different, its whats inside. You think differently than anyone else on this planet. You comprehend ideas and develop opinions unlike anyone else (even your twin). You make decisions only you can make. God, the creator of all the earth, made you to be unique, set apart from everyone else. He knew we would mimic those things and people around us so He gave us something no one else has, your personality. There is only one you. No matter how hard you try, there will only be one you. This singularity in life represents God! There are many things others try to duplicate by looking like or acting like God, but there is only one God. He is unique! The best thing about that is, even though God is unique, He knows each and every one of his creations personally. He desires that we know Him the same way, personally. As the old advertisements use to say, Dont be fooled by imitations!!! There are many who make claim to be God or better than God. That is why so many RELIGIONS mimic Him instead of WORSHIPING Him. There is only one Creator, one God, only one I Am! If you have that personal relationship established through salvation, keep it alive. If you are following imitations, let me help you to be introduced to the Real Thing. Get to know the one who knows you better than anyone. Get to know God like he knows you, personally.
