United Cricket Club Srinagar defeated Zewan Cricket Club by 12 runs in final match of Kashmir Premier League-3, Phase-I, Intra District Cricket Tournament for the youth of Srinagar. Amir Aziz of United Cricket Club was declared man of the match. He scored 10 runs and took 3 wickets. Mudasir Ahmad Bhat of Zewan Cricket Club, Srinagar was declared man of the series. He scored a total of 132 runs and took 06 wickets in the tournament. According to Defence PRO statement, the grand finale ceremony was held at Tulbagh Playing Ground, Khanmuh, which was attended by Abdul Gaffar Mir, Ex MLA, Srinagar, Latief Ahmad Mir, Joint Secretary, PDP, Sonwar, Shafi Mir, Zonal President, PDP, Sonwar, Abdul Wahid Peer, Chairman, Cricket association, Khunmoh, Bashir Ahmad Tali, President, Welfare, Khnumoh, Ashraf Joo, Secretary, Truck Owners Union, Khunmoh, Parvaiz Ahmad Gojery, Joint Secretary, Cricket association, Khunmoh, and large number of spectators. The final match was played between United Cricket Club, Srinagar & Star Cricket Club, Srinagar. United Cricket Club scored a total of 158 runs in 20 overs. Star Cricket Club scored a total of 146 runs in 19.3 overs for the loss all wickets. Prizes to winning and runner team were given by Commanding Officer 7 Rashtriya Rifles (PUNJAB) and also by other civil dignitaries present.
