United Nations International Court of Justice LITIGATION Mr. - TopicsExpress

United Nations International Court of Justice LITIGATION Mr. Wright: You’re Honor, first I’d like to thank this court for having me here today. The reason I am here is to request payment of 89 trillion U.S. dollars for over five hundred years of slavery, slave trading and other crimes committed against Africans. Reparation shall be divided up between the Catholic Church, and the governments of America, Spain, Portugal, Britain, Germany, Greece, Dutch, Netherlands, France, Belgian, Denmark and Rome. This is a conservative estimate based on the lives lost, families separated, civilizations destroyed and other innumerable distortions that affected the lives of Africans all over the world. Defense Counsel: Mr. Wright, can you be more specific? Can you give us the exact number of lives lost, civilizations destroyed, families separated? Can you also tell us how many white men came to Africa to carry away millions of Africans? Mr. Wright: Absolutely counsel, hold up one minute while I grab my calculator. Now these numbers are based on the information that is available in this day and time. I cannot account for what happened prior to 70A.D. but we do know that in 70A.D. the Romans destroyed Jerusalem, burned down their temple and killed over one million Jews. Of course we all know the original Jews were black. Now, based on estimates that are available, the number of captured Africans ranged from a high of 30 million to a low of 12 million, so to be fair we will average it out to 21 million. However, it is estimated that 20 percent or 4.2 million either died on their “Trail of Tears” to the west coast of African and/or were thrown overboard due to sickness or resistance. Up to this point we have 5.2 million confirmed dead. Now prior to Christopher Columbus there were 3 civilizations that are referred to as Ancient Egypt, Nubia, and Ethiopia. Anthropologists believe that East Africas Great Rift Valley is the site of the origin of humankind. The first recorded account of the region dates back to almost 5,000 years ago during the time of the Egyptian pharaohs. The countrys rich history is woven with legends of King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba; the Ark of the Covenant that is said to rest in Axum; the great Axumite kingdom and the birth of Christianity; the rise of Islam; and the story of King Lalibela, who is believed to have constructed eleven rock-hewn churches, still standing today and considered the eighth wonder of the world. Now the Zingh Empire covered the western part of Africa whereas the Nubians covered the eastern part of Africa. But, according to my research there were actually 14 Empires in Africa before the arrival of the Romans, okay? Now to address your question on how many families were separated, I will use the nuclear family as a model, but I will add one to keep it fair, which means there were five per family. But we know families extend as we grow older and get married and have children. Thereby increasing the number of families affected. So when we do the math and multiply 5 by 21 million this equates to 105 million families that lost at least one family member. Now to answer your last question about how many white men came to Africa to carry away millions, I can only give you a few names but, if you insist on a number, here is my example. When Christopher Columbus made his first trip he took with him 104 men, on 3 ships. On his second trip there were 17 ships and 1200 men. gopetition/petitions/we-the-people-african-reparation-movement.html
