Unknown unknown management, takes uncertainty and risk management to the next level.. It can be an anti-social role, and a role that is difficult to leave behind at work. There aint a lot of Unknown-unknown managers in the world today, and there are also very few CIOs (10% only and they are getting older by the day)... You will have to step outside the social norms, and a lot more... But it is a great phenomenon and it is the academic equivalent of mind reading and predictions blah blah.
