Unleash Your Inner Hero at The Hero 5K In Nashville On October 18 Let your inner HERO come out and play for a while! The Hero 5K is a Super Hero based Run, Walk or Fly 5K with a SUPER PARTY at the end. Participants are encouraged to dress the part and be their favorite Super Hero, or dare we say Villain. At the end of the 5K, participants will enjoy music, drinks dancing and special SUPER POWER events designed to show off your POWERS!
