Unless the U.S. government is funding this trip (hotel, travel, food), this trip, taken by Eddie, Art and Mark is a waste of money. It is a waste of money because a conference call or video conference can be conducted. Its a waste of money because you dont need three people attending. If the governor and Art were leaders, they would be engaging in a dialogue asking that the military to address Guams stated concerns. What concerns do Eddie and Art have? They want appropriated mil con money so they can claim victory? Art is scared of the Navy and Eddie falsely expects gift giving in the way of DoD appropriations. Eddie doesnt understand the military and neither does Art. Mark, Art and Eddie do understand money and want to secure it. They also want to credit claim because it is campaign season.
