Unless the right matching between job capacity and qualification is made, otherwise South Sudan will continue to swim in the no capacity level... Well said. This is another episode of government failure and you can sometime wonder if the really want this country to move forward by employing capable employees that are suitable for the job. Instead, the employed their mate, especially their fellow commanders so they will have someone to have a chat in the office about all that crazy life in the bush. To make matter worse the freedom they were all fighting for is no where to be seen and I wonder if the feel like they have brought anything to South Sudanese if they sees those homeless kids in the street.
